Our son started very first in this institute. He was there from 9 months old till he turns 2.5yrs old and moved out to different location. Reason we changed because of commute. When he started at age of month 9, teachers were so helpful to onboard him. Upon asking details they provided complete plan to onboard. It took him 2 weeks. Initial weeks were so hard for him but really appreciate the help from Ms Edna and Ms Sachie and other teachers during that time. Once he got rolled in them he just loved the food, outdoor activities, indoor activities, teachers company and kids around him. Getting social interaction to him was our first priority and upon request to teachers, they made sure it's been followed up. It took him 3 months totally to mingle around kids and teachers. After that 2 years were just fun. Then covid hit. We took him out for couple months but time to time response, transparency from directors and teachers showed their dedication towards will being of kids.. Temperature check, social distancing, and mandatory teachers training built our confidence to start preschool again. He was there going from April 2020 to Aug 2020, everyday without any issue. Not all days were same but most of the experience here got was just amazing and we are so much thankful for teachers who guided us through out. I have seen teachers changing but luckily my son had same teachers all the time. I personally, Highly recommend this institute based on my experience.

I absolutely love this place! Our daughter started at KA Kirkland last year and we've been incredibly impressed. Their communication (especially through COVID times) has been top-notch. All of the teachers I've come to know are wonderful, and the curriculum is outstanding. The children have access to so many diverse activities, and all that help them develop skills while having fun. My daughter loves going to school every day, and I am so grateful our family found this wonderful school!
1. Teacher/students ratio is too low. Thus, the teachers are exhausted with so many kids and have no intentions to treat the kids well, especially with such poor salary. The owners are cheap! Good teachers have left or will be leaving soon. The teacher's turn-over rate is too high in this school, which is definitely not good for the kids. 2. The breakfast is terrible and offered to kids with a tiny amount. For example, 1/4 piece of toast (yes, even less than one piece!) or several pieces of corn flakes. The lunch is at the same level. 3. They let the kids watch too much TV --- several hours of watching TV EVERY day! The poor kids may have to wear glasses in the near future but the school just doesn't care!
Beware, the standard has gone down drastically since almost a year. Most of the teachers that were genuinely invested in their students have left the academy. The academy was at a high standard during the time of Ms Debbie (the principal) . Not anymore. The daily reports are just templates being auto emailed to parents. They don't put any efforts in writing the daily reports any more since almost a year. No pictures of your child's activities sent to the parents. Plus, the tuition fee keeps skyrocketing and the service received is hitting rock bottom.
