Really bad experience here. They move to some new place without giving me the entire address. I crossed different buildings around and try to call them. No one picks up the phone, when I finally reached out to them with the help from the representative in other hospitals by the internal lines, they told me you pass the 15 mins slot and you have to reschedule. And the next available day will be almost one month later. This is insane. Other than that the attitude of the representative is really bad. It seems they really care about their patient, they saw you are frustrated and they seems really enjoyed that, never had feeling they tried to wear their patient’s shoes. To be considerate is very important at least for your front desk representative and your staff.

I haven't yet met Dr. Likosky but had a terrible experience with the receptionist and her manager. I had a severe sun allergy on my face and was recommended by my babies pead. For Dr Likosky. So I called these people for appointment in July and got an appointment for September 20. But because my allergy was getting worse, I was called them every morning entire September to check if they have a cancellation and can adjust me and was told I already have October 4th appointment scheduled. Every time I was told a different number on cancellation list but there were no cancellation. Then I got plans to travel on September 20 so booked another appointment for October 4th. When I called to confirm in the morning for timings they told me that there is no appointment for today and I didn't show up on last one. I told them several times that I had cancelled the sept 20 appointment and had another appointment for oct 4. They didn't admit nor felt sorry for this behavior. It's disgusting to talk to a staff like this. I don't recommend this place.
