Really great group of doctors and staff. I had a tooth extraction 3 years ago. They did a great job. Scheduled for another extraction later this month. I recommend this group highly.

Dr. Craig Neal is detail-oriented and a perfectionist.He has a great bedside manner. He is very kind. He radiates positive energy when he talks, but has a stillness and gentleness in his work. He worked with me for a year, before I had my surgery. When I was ready for surgery, I needed to move to another state. He was willing to prepare me for another surgeon, but I felt like it was better to have another surgeon follow up and have Dr. Neal do the really hard part. The hospital got the date of the surgery wrong and we found out the night before. Dr. Neal's assistant, Amie, got right on it and was still able to get the surgery scheduled for the same day. The staff is helpful and seem to remember everyone with ease. After the surgery, when I would come into the office, the staff was very respectful and would get me to a room immediately, so I didn't need to be miserable in the waiting room. Surgery is miserable, but it goes so much better with a great surgeon, who truly cares about the work he does.

Amazing experience! Everyone in the staff was super nice and welcoming. Dr. Sorensen evaluated my wisdom teeth and gave me an unbiased opinion of risks and benefits of extracting each of them. He carefully explained the X-ray to me in detail so I could understand his evaluation well. I came in feeling pretty nervous but felt very comfortable as soon as he started talking to me. Thank you, Dr. Sorensen!

My experience with Dr. Neal and his assistant Amy was great. The whole experience was wonderful from the first consultation to the extraction its self. I have allergies/sensitivities they very patiently worked with me to have the best results, and graciously accommodated my anxiety needs. Dr. Neal is skilled and efficient and has a kind spirit, and Amy is the epitome of caring. They make a great team. I have to mention the front desk staff also. They were very helpful and kind, returning phone calls and passing on messages when needed.
