I had to walk out without my teeth cleaned! I wanted to just get my teeth cleaned. And due to covid I wanted to get in and out very quickly. I made first appt of the day thinking it would be less busy, wrong. This a huge outfit where they circulate many patients at a time. The hygienist told me that I was due for bite wings and that the dentist said if I don’t do them that I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned. Mind you I have never had a filling or any teeth issues. I told them that I was not comfortable at this time getting X-rays . They said that their license was at stake and if I didn’t get my xrays that they wouldn’t clean my teeth. So I left. I will never go back there again because all they care about it maximizing profits, not patient care. Even the form that they have you fill out that they call a “health update form “ is all about up selling you. Don’t call it a health form! Now I will share this experience with all my friends, family and other dentist friends.

Professional, caring, skilled and friendly. Both upfront about options for care and out of pocket costs insurance benefits and options. After breaking a tooth (the worst nightmare i have dreamt is tooth related) I was seen asap. I was given an honest and empathetic recommendation and was able to have both my repair done and scheduled my overdue cleaning for later that day as they were diligent to check my records and their schedule then let me know. Most fillings I have had take a few days and meals to wear into comfort. Today's repair feels so seamless I could feel that my broken tooth was just a dream. Thanks to the whole crew and excellent work. I couldn't have better ending to my tooth nightmare.

Had the best appointment yesterday! I went in because a dentist in California told me I needed to replace my crown. Well after a thorough check I was told NO I do not need a new crown!! If you are looking for a trustworthy dentist office, this is your place!

I wouldn’t go as far as saying I enjoy my time at Kirkland dentistry. For example, today I had two fillings done and it wasn’t the same as getting a massage, or singing karaoke after a few adult sodas. That said, you couldn’t ask for a friendlier, more professional staff than you have here. I trust them with my teeth and my health, so I can’t really give them more of a recommendation then that. The office is super clean, and convenient off the freeway.

This used to be Dr. Richardson's dental practice that my family and I had gone to for 13 years. Today was my first time going since it changed ownership to Optima Dental Spa. I was very pleased with my dental appointment. They had so many Covid prevention measures in place. They were ready for me right on time. The hygienist was very efficient and was friendly. I was so pleased with the new technology they are using with the electric water scaler/scraper. I didn't experience any pain on the sensitive areas of my teeth/gums like I do with the manual scaler/scraper. The dentist was also friendly and efficient and made sure I was able to talk about any concerns. I am very happy with the way everything was handled at my appointment.

I met Dr. McNamara yesterday and I was so grateful she had been hired by this practice. The problems I have now are much worse than originally diagnosed and cannot even be done in the office so they would not be benefiting financially. For this reason, I was very appreciative of Dr. McNamara‘s thorough examination and explanation of everything that has to be done which I did not receive from the dentist who left their practice.
