Pickles Playland is my chihuahua's most favorite place in the world. She gets so excited when she realizes we're driving to Pickles Playland that I swear she's going to fly one of these days from all that turbo speed tail wagging. As a chihuahua owner, one of the things I value the most is the peace of mind that having a well-socialized/educated dog brings. Since my little princess started attending Pickles Playland regularly, I could see an improvement in her confidence around other humans and dogs, better command compliance, and increased happiness derived from properly burnt excess energy.

Pickles is the best place in Washington for your dog! I've tried a few other Dog daycares in the past, but found quickly that there is a huge difference between a pet chain that has dog daycare employees, and a daycare run by passionate, educated dog people! One of my dogs is a very sweet, mill rescue still learning how to exist in a life outside of her crate. I was taking her to a large chain that employed entry level workers to take care of your dog. While I have no doubt they had the best of intentions, I quickly learned that they did not understand dogs and dog psychology, and were actually enabling her anxiety and fear during her stays. They also were not able to properly medicate my dog and resulted in anxiety-induced vomiting and her being placed at the vets with a push for a large bill, while the were demanding I come get her; this being impossible as I was in Hawaii at the time , and my mom had to drive 6 hours round trip to rescue her. So when I went to select a new dog daycare/ boarding facility, it was important to me that I found people who understood dogs and had a passion for them. Pickles is that place! I have watched both of my dogs grow and become more confident, better behaved, and happier pups. For areas they need work on, Pickles has training and classes to hep! I feel so much better that I can go out of town or send my dogs away for the day knowing they are safe and having a great time! Thank you, Pickles!
The Pickles Crew is Top Notch. The Staff provides a personal touch for our little guy, and are truly friends of the Family. Our dog literally jumps in the car when we signal that he is going to join Nikki and her fabulous crew. He comes Home exercised, energetic, loving, and looks great when he has a spa day!! I couldn’t be more pleased or praise Pickles any higher, the way they treat our little guy!!
My Golden Retriever just loves it at Pickles Playland! She always comes away looking just perfect after her grooming and happy as can be. They take such good sweet care of her. Wouldn’t bring her anywhere else! Thank you Pickles!
Amazing staff, happy dogs and happy owners. They take really good care of your dog! They have themed events for you and your dog! Its the best feeling to drop your dog off for the day and not have to stress about it. Your dog comes home nice and tired from a full day of play! Its literally the best place for your doggie.
