My experience working with Kristin Shea and the entire staff at the hotel was wonderful! I had a small event in one of their beautiful event spaces! Kristin went above and beyond to help with scheduling vendors and making sure that all went as planned, which saved me so much time and reduced the stress of planning an event! All of the staff made sure that everything was on schedule and perfect! Thanks again to all of the staff, your professionalism was outstanding!

Great hotel, beautiful rooms, wonderful location and top notch customer service! Champagne at check in and they even tracked down the color of paint on one of the lobby walls for us!
Just the rest and relaxation I was looking for. Due to covid restrictions the fridge isn't stocked but to compensate for it, or maybe it's a traditional, the downstairs soda and snack closet is open from 10PM to midnight and they welcome you to stock up. Works for me.
My stay accomodations fell through last minute and called Woodmark at 6pm and they got me in and truly took care of me. I was hesitant to stay at a hotel sue to the pandemic but Woodmark hotel really delivered. The hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My room was sparkling clean with an amazing view. I even received a glass of champagne at the check in. If you are up late, they have a little "late night pantry" filled with yummy and fun treats. Highly recommend them.
This is my favorite staycation hotel in the Seattle area! If you want to escape your reality (or COVID confinement) with 5-star service, serene views, super clean rooms and an award-winning spa, you must try the Woodmark! The rates are very reasonable, making it perfect for a quick couples' getaway, girl's trip or large family gathering. The decor is classically grand yet modern, and the hotel is very well maintained. Especially for the ladies, their guest amenities and toiletries are great - the luxury-branded hand soap is to die for! I also visit the Still spa on a monthly basis and the service never disappoints (separate review coming soon). I highly recommended this hotel.
I love this hotel! Quiet, clean, and on lake Washington. The people are super friendly and helpful. Got a great massage while I was here! Wish I could have one every day
This is me and my wife’s favorite hotel to stay at when in the Seattle area! The views from hotel are amazing and perfect for watching sunsets on the lake. We took advantage of the complimentary bikes and kayaks during our stay and really enjoyed doing both. The Woodmark is super close to great restaurants and shopping so it’s easy to uber or use the shuttle they provide to guest. The waterfront area is super peaceful and we will definitely come again to stay. The staff is all very knowledgeable and willing to assist too. Oh and the snack pantry they have late nite is an awesome touch!
Lovely hotel with gorgeous views! So much to enjoy even from your deck. Sea planes coming in and out, restaurants, mountains, the marina, and people enjoying themselves. Perfect!
