I was so nervous to have two fillings and two crowns done. I had even cancelled once before. But the kindness and focus of the staff on my well-being put me at ease immediately. I think I may have even fallen asleep during the two hour procedure. I felt no pain and knowing I was in such capable and caring hands my apprehension disappeared. I have had routine dental care at Totem Lake Family Dental Clinic for years and now I know that regardless of the dental work I may need, the staff and Dr. Mona will take phenomenal care of me. I highly recommend Totem Lake Family Dental Center.

I’m not a fan of dental work but I love to come see Dr Butani! She and her staff always take the best care of me. My teeth are well cared for and they are very kind to suggest things I can do to take better care of my teeth without making me feel ashamed that I am not doing enough. They have a warmer on their water which is amazing. My hygienist is the best! She is very friendly and always remembers info about me and my family even though I only see her every 6 months. I most of all love that I can support strong women doing amazing work. They are doing all sorts of things very right at this business! If you need a dentist, you should consider Dr Butani.

This dental clinic has a great group of staff! Very professional service, with a caring and warm touch for being invested in your needs. I’ve had many dentists in my life and actually moved over from a favorite clinic in another city, which I had for about 10yrs. The move was scary and I was nervous at the thought of informing my last dentist that I was leaving them, but I’m glad I did! This isn’t just a crew that gets your dental health up to par. No.. no.. no.. if interested, they look at your dental history for clues.. your neck and face anatomy.. your sleep health.. your cosmetic appearance, and your overall health and future well being. My whole family is serious when picking out our dentists lol. Can’t go wrong with Totem Lake Family Dentistry!! (FYI. I’m a patient giving my sincere opinion. Everyone at Totem Lake Family Dentistry is upbeat and friendly. I really enjoyed my zoom teeth whitening experience. The hygienist took her time to explain the process, answer any questions that I had and made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment. The dentist, Dr. Butani, took her time to introduce herself to me and continued checking in with me throughout my visit. Everyone in the office is welcoming and friendly. The office is very clean and I would definitely recommend Dr. Butani to all of my family and friends.
