Warren Jones was my sales guy and he was the best. Answered all my questions and was able to secure my deal before I got to the dealership. As a person who’s hard of hearing the mask world sucks, but Warren spoke loudly and clearly for me so I didn’t miss a thing. The dealership was a safe space to be in.

The term 'stealership' need not apply here. I bought my first car with a loan ever here and there was no pressure. They work with you all the way. Even after a couple issues with the vehicle after a couple months off the lot, they still covered these repairs. Everyone from sales to service to parts is always kind and communicative. I bought a Volkswagen at the end of 2020 at Volkswagen Kirkland - I was a bit nervous on procedures due to Covid but they are amazing! I highly recommend purchasing your next car here. They aren’t pushy, they focus on helping you find the car you want, and do a fabulous job on following up on all your needs after you purchase your car. Lastly, I highly recommend seeing Tristan whenever you need to service your new car. He’s super friendly, informative and really seems to care about his job.
