Unprofessional, never any follow up, unnecessary billing practices, the list goes on and on. Amongst my experiences I sat in a room and listened to providers talking badly about patients loudly in the room next door. Another time I went a week in pain, charged for three visits, to be told nothing was wrong. A visit to an actual caring doctor at another clinic diagnosed me with something serious and pretty obvious that this place had missed. Now I’m fighting with them about a flu test I was billed for but was never given. I think the kicker was when one of their providers grabbed my paralyzed (very obviously in a wheelchair and breathing through a trach) uncle’s leg and asked him how that felt.....honestly can’t believe this place is still open.

This place is the worst waited in a room for 1 hour and 45 minutes before finally giving up not even a bit of compassion from anyone here. Avoid this dump at all cost take health to a more trustworthy physician.

Always have to wait for over an hour for appt.

Consistently have to wait an hour or more for an appointment. Run people through like cattle. Let my mother die by waiting a week to write prescription for a UTI and at appointment used 5 different oxygen level checkers before they found one that read higher than 72. They take Medicare which is probably the only reason they have patients.
