I drove over an hour on icy roads with my three year old, to go get maintenance done on my brand new 2020 4Runner so I can drive back to OK I specifically told them to do the 5,000 miles tire rotation and skip up to the 10,000 mile oil change since I travel so much for my husbands job. I got all the way home thinking it was done PROPERLY looked at the paperwork and the oil change wasn’t done. I called and spoke with someone in the service and they just completely blew it off like it wasn’t a mistake and was completely rude about it as well. I refuse to do anymore maintenance at Toyota.

My old '93 Toyota 4x4 pickup is a beast and needed some engine work done, I only use OEM parts so wanted to take it here. I never been there before, made my mind up since they were very courteous talking to them on the phone. It took several days to get the parts needed for the repair, they came from California. It wasn't cheap but it turned in to a bigger job than planned. My truck purrs like a kitten now, Kirksville Toyota did a great job. I plan to have them do all my mechanic work going forward. 2 thumbs up!

I had the 100,000 mile servicing done on my 2011 Toyota Tundra and they did an excellent job at a very fair price. They were recommended to me by a friend that works at the Toyota dealership where I bought my Tundra. He said that Kirksville Motors was doing a great job and there was no reason to drive over 100 miles to get my service work done where I bought it. It was a good decision to take my Tundra to Kirksville Motors. I dropped my truck off in their spotlessly clean facility and they took me back to my office, since the service work would take most of the afternoon. Their work was completed at the time they told me and they offered to pick me up at my office. Since I tow a camper trailer, I wanted the transmission completely flushed and all of the fluid replaced with new, heavy-duty, factory synthetic fluid, NOT just a pan drain and refill, which only gets about one-fourth of the old fluid. Kirksville Motors' standard procedure is the complete flush and fluid replacement like I wanted and their price was reasonable. I had them do quite a bit of other servicing on my truck and their prices were reasonable and the quality of work was excellent and they were quick to get the work done in a timely manner. I will definitely be back and I can highly recommend their service department and customer service.

Absolutely the worst service department ever. They can't install a trailer brake and have it work. Nor can they change oil and forget the free maintenance you paid for because they don't honor it. Toyota corporations head quarters should really reconsider their dealership. I had to buy my new vehicles elsewhere because they wouldn't order what I wanted! Will never be back!

I have had wonderful experiences in dealing with Kirksville Motors. It is easy to make an appointment and I love the reminders. It is so helpful with all of the busy schedules. I have not had one unpleasant encounter either on the phone or in person. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful each and every time. ;
