What incredible customer service!! I lost a very precious necklace at the end of last year. Sent an email asking if a replacement could be made even though the necklace must have been 30? years old. After much searching the original mould was found and today I received a replacement. I cannot express my gratitude enough or rate Ola Gorie high enough 5* doesn't cover it xx
