I agree with several of these previous comments regarding selection and service. I was actually referred here by a friend who said this place was great, although pricey. The staff was very attentive to my needs, however, I was not at all impressed with the selection, especially considering the prices. They said they get new stuff in all the time but this obviously doesn't mean trendy items. (In my opinion, you will find much cuter clothing at Old Navy maternity and at a much lower price.) The only exceptions were a couple party dresses that were very cute, but still unrealistic purchases for me at 198 a pop for something I may wear once or twice. I ended up buying a pair of black pants but felt pressured into doing so, and after trying them on again at home I decided they weren't I wanted and they didn't fit great. (For 98 plus tax I wanted more in a pair of essential casual black pants.) So I went back, and at that time they finally tell me I can only get a store credit. This is a surprise to me - I cannot recall a time when a store has enforced a policy such as this without any warning at checkout, and I do not see this as an inappropriate comment at the time of purchase in a fair exchange between a business and customer. It is not the usual to not be able to return an unused items, and in the same day, for a full refund if you are not 100% happy with it. The worst part, however, was their reaction to me wanting to return the pants. They got real hoity-toity on me and shunned the fact that I didn't want the pants anymore, trying to convince me to keep them. My husband went with me and was also surprised and turned off by their response. This made me really not want to go back and spend my money there. Ugh, but now it seems I'm out 100 and it'd be a shame to waste that money...although I think it will still be wasted on items I do not love. :(
