Our company used JCS to do a complete rebuild of our company in SAGE due to our recent fiscal year end change. They reviewed our data and gave us an estimate based on what they could see up front. We consulted with our CPA and he thought that we should use them for the rebuild. Lauren ran our project and was an absolute joy to work with. She was not only thorough but she was extremely pleasant and helpful. She communicated well with our Controller on a regular basis as well as myself. During the initial attempt of the rebuild she discovered several issues importing and exporting date because of some SAGE quirks and how we use SAGE for our business. She actually had to discontinue the rebuild, make some changes, and pretty much start over. Although this was not anything that they could have known in the beginning, they did not charge us any extra for the extra time needed to complete the work. Lauren was diligent in figuring out solutions for the issues that arose. She tackled the challenge and completed the job today. We couldn't be happier with her level of service and JCS' willingness to keep within the originally quoted price. Thank you so much for your help!
