We learned of Kumon from other family members and their positive results and experiences. This prompted us to look into Kumon and we are so glad we did! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our son Daniel has attended Kumon at the Kirkwood Center over six months now. While his math skills were on par with his peers, testing revealed his math skills could be shored and his understanding of the relationships and patterns between numbers broadened. Daniel is not always excited about the daily work, but he enjoys the Center and readily admits he is excelling beyond his peers. We have seen improvement at school AND - he is gaining confidence! We are so glad we tried Kumon and look forward to Daniel's progress each and every week! Overall, we highly recommend this for any parent that has a child that needs some help getting over the hump or for a child seeking an additional challenge outside the classroom!
