I don’t usually post reviews. Today my experience at NTB was so awesome that I had to share. I have been to many repairs shops. We all have. These guys are the real deal. I came in to get a quote, (I was told by a dealer that I needed some extensive suspension work) John got me in very quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment. I was truly prepared to spend the money if his price was better. Something happened even better than that. He brought me out to the shop and showed me what was going on, the fix, was so minimal. 153 compared to the 2200 the dealer quoted. They are one of the few honest shops left and we need to help keep these guys in business. So i am now sitting here as they install 4 tires and an alignment, I was originally going to wait on but these guys earned it and I’m glad I found such and awesome place to do business. Thanks guys “A wise man once said nothing at all”

It was good but they took forever. The service was nice. We ordered some tires and they put them on for us it was a little pricey but that is okay I just want the car to look good. They people that work there are extremely nice. They make jokes they are funny they put people at ease.
This place was amazing, from. The front counter to the work done and out the door. Was greater with a smile and they were off and running. Came in for a brake check. They brought me out into the shop showed me everything that was wrong. Come to find out my front tire had the belts showing and never knew it. I did need front brake but not the rear ones. Showed me my battery was getting low so I changed it out before winter. Thank you John and his entire staff for service visit I wasn't expecting. I will be coming back
I choose NTB for the ease of setting up appointment online. When I got there I told them I had an appointment & the person working asked if I called to make it or if I made it online. I said online & he replied \That never works\. After he confirmed I had a reservation he said it would be a \long wait\. So I asked how long is a long wait? He said he'd go check & approx 15 min later comes back & says it would be \about 2 hours!\ I then asked what was the point of making a reservation then? to which he replied \When did you make it? In your car right before you came in? So you could say you have a reservation.\ At that point I decided it was best that I left before said employee got assaulted by a very unhappy customer. Bought tires elsewhere.
This was my first tire purchase experience since moving to St. Louis area. John and his crew runs a great business. They treat their customers with respect and have been honest and professional throughout. I also appreciated that they had long appointment slots to avoid crowding in the shop and everyone wearing a mask. Thank you.
