I came in because one of my tire pressure lights was reading low. It had already been a very tough week about other things, and Plaza tire was so understanding and helpful. I had my newborn with me in the car and they got me in and out and taken care of as quickly as possible. We are new to the area but we now know where to go for anything our car needs that they can do! I can’t thank them enough. Truly genuine guys.

The service was great and the staff got me in and out quickly for an oil change and tire rotation. What I was not appreciative of, as well as concerned by, was the lack of masks that were being worn in not just the shop but in the lobby area where employees were interacting with customers. One employee eventually did put on a mask but the others did not. It was more so disappointing to see and I just hope that you all do not get one another sick or a customer. I appreciate the great service but if this is how plaza tire service treats the health and safety of their employees and customers, I will not be contributing my money to their business.
In a pinch, I needed to replace a flat tire. I dropped my car off at 10am and was able to pick it up two hours later. Not too shabby for an emergency with no appointment made. They were very helpful, and at the end, thanked me for my business. I’ll be a repeat customer.
Plaza Tire went above and beyond all of my expectations! What started as needing a patch for my tire on my lunch break turned into needing a Tire Pressure Sensor and a full set of tires. I had been planning to get new tires in the near future (was actually placing an order that day) but Plaza Tire beat the price with the same tire and helped me get back to work and on with my day. Doug and Alan made the visit so great and have my car riding soooooo smooth. Thanks Plaza Tire Kirkwood!!
Prompt service. Treated with courtesy and good communication. Very fair prices and competent service. Friendly. My only issue was the lack of masks. I have been a doctor for close to 40 years and have had colleagues and friends hospitalized for up to two months on ventilators and artificial lung circulation devices. Covid-19 is real and symptoms run the gamut from nothing to death : it is not the flu. I absolutely do not want to get caught in the middle of politics, beliefs or people affirming their own rights to do what they want. I do want people I deal with to be humble enough to ask the question, " what if I am wrong ?" and to treat me and others with caring and respect.
I was greeted right away by Alan. Great guy. Knows his stuff. Had me in and out quickly for four new tires. I’ve been going to Plaza Tire Service for as long as I can remember and I’ve never had a bad experience. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

They did good service. No complaints on the service. But the price tag on installation was too much. I paid 34.99 for installing one tire. The price tag says to the customer don't come back and I definitely will not go back.
