Amy came to our house the first week of October to get together a bid for a home addition. She said she would call with information the week of Halloween. She did call once, the week before Halloween, to confirm how to spell my husband’s last name as it spelled incorrectly on the plot map we gave her for our house. She said she would be in touch the following week. That was 6 months ago. We never heard from her again. We called in November and left a message - no response. We haven’t moved. Our phone numbers haven’t changed. Riggs just never followed through with a bid.
