This builder is a menace to society. They regularly violate quiet hours set by the city starting as early as 5:30 am. They left two months worth of trash on the lot before finally getting a dumpster, and put pounds of mud into the sewer before getting silt fence. They have caused property damage to lawns that has not been repaired. They push every boundary set by our municipality to treat local residents of their projects with respect. If you want your new neighbors to be greatly inconvenienced by all means give this guy a call. He takes no responsibility and thinks it’s a joke.

A very professional home builder that we've been building with through some of the most trying times in recent memory. Dealing with lockdown, COVID, and many supply chain disruptions we've kept moving forward and have had great communication with Mr. Whalen and his team. His team has kept a clean job site and done a great job of not disrupting a nearby elementary school by always parking in a way that doesn't disrupt the flow of traffic. Glad we don't have anyone pretentious near that feels disrupted! Highly recommend building with Whalen!
