Had the first visit for my cat and the technician was very nice. Vet team are very accommodating since we communicated on notes and texts.The vet was very nice and considerate/ answered my questions. Thank you for taking care of my cat!

Over all experience was god-awful. The supporting staff showed a complete lack of understanding and sympathy for you and your pet. Left after one visit, our worst experience with any military service. Only positive thing was the doctor (vet) whom treated our pets.
