I hired Churchill’s to resurface and tile my pool. I have to say I am quite happy with the service all the way around. The owner, as well as every worker that came out, was nice, professional, and hard working. The price was much more reasonable than the three other companies I received quotes from and the timeline was significantly shorter (by several months). My son will get to enjoy the pool now during the summer whereas others could not commence the work until at least October and as late as December. The program they use to deliver quotes and invoices and receive payment is super professional, transparent, and convenient. I know that’s an odd thing to comment on but I really appreciated that. I also really appreciated how they kept me updated with exactly what would be occurring on what days, how accessible they were whenever I had questions/requests, and how clear and courteous all communications were. Not to mention the pool looks gorgeous! Due to the quality and reliability of the service I received, I will be hiring Churchill’s to maintain my pool as well going forward.

******Proceed at your discretion-******Service provider sent old photo stating lawn was mowed and attempted to charge. When I educated service provider my lawn was NOT mowed they they changed their story and stated that services were provided the day before. However, I work from home and I am fully aware when my services are and not completed. My grass is well over 4 inches. Again what works for some customers will not work for me. I've had better service in the past from this provider, however they have gotten lazy and careless in their work and customer service. Photos taken today!
