Brought my Z1211 in for full maintenance service all filters,oil, and hydraulic swap 600 and 2 weeks later now my mower only pulls diesel from one tank and can not afford to have it gone another 2 weeks. This would be now the second bad experience. Lost my business forever. Not everywhere deserves a second chance. Cost my company more money than they have earned. Would love to find an alternative shop that will warranty their Derelict workmanship. Nothing like having to fill a tank twice for one use now super efficient now. If you want it done rite just research and do it yourself.

I tried really hard to buy from them. Never could get them to call me back. After several attempts, even to the manager JB, I got them on the phone and the price had gone up by 500. This was from Friday right before they closed till Monday morning when they first opened. No way they sold the unit I was looking at. I ended up going Clermont Mowers and Equipment and buying the a new Gravely. Saved hundreds of dollars and was treated like a customer should be. I will not be stepping foot back into this place and would recommend anyone shopping for a mower or service find somewhere that has not lost their customer service skills
