They charge an arm and a leg for hardware and have a very strict return policy with ZERO exceptions. They're only open M-F which makes it difficult for an individual working a forty hour week to return to the store within the 10 day return policy. Even then the receipt states "no materials accepted for return without permission" so I'd imagine even within the 10 days it would prove difficult. I'm now out 30 for a box of Tapcons that I could buy at The Home Depot for 5 (which I did, not knowing I wouldn't be able to return these).
