I worked there briefly a few years ago. I always remembers how poorly some of the excutive staff, specifically Dorothy Benson, whom I believed was head of revenue, treated myself and my colleagues at one of their clubs. Ask any former employee and they’ll tell you “integrity” wouldn’t bother to even cover basic costs at times. That company cut every corner, spared all expenses, stiffed employees and vendors alike. Anyone who’s ever been a part of it knew they would eventually go bankrupt. Hopefully, all their old properties made it through. Buyer beware!

You own Venetian Bay and if they don't put a new computer system in soon you won't have many customers left. The computer system and Dick were so backed up today with people trying to pay we missed our tee off time and we arrived 20 minutes early. Its ridiculous. Ranger was frustrated with this continuous issue causing him problems. Integrity continues to remove resources at the courses they own.

I believe that this company has done more to ruin golf in Central Fla. than anything ever has in the past! I do not understand how they sell their services to golf properties. Just play their courses other than the two show courses they manage and see what you are headed for. I think the money that you save is much less than the cost of repairing the damage to course conditions and players loyalty.

Pitiful experience..i believe they are out of business. They continue to send bogus bills to me as well as several other members. They bill me through a collection agency, CCC Collection service out of New York. I called Tiger Point GC here in Gulf Breeze Florida and their pro, Rick told me I am one of many receiving these bills. He assured me, there has been no contact with them for months, and also that we have been and remain current with our member dues and charges. If it goes on much longer, i will have my attorney file against Integrity, CCC and Tiger Point GC. In the meantime I am sending a complaint to States attorney for potential fraud claim. CHR

By mistake, I gave them 1 star...they destroyed several of my favourite golf courses (Metro West/Mystic Dunes) and now someone else is cleaning up thier mess.
