Amazing customer service and services available. We took our dog Tuno for an emergency without an appointment and they were able to accommodate us immediately that morning. Unfortunately he passed away and we used the private incineration services they offer. We picked up his ashes today and they provided an engraved box with his name, some clay paws of his, and some cards as well. Very sweet way to remember him. They have affordable prices as well and the best treatment for you and your pets. Highly recommend them!

I have used Kissimmee Animal Hospital for my dogs care for a number of years. I happen to know Dr Borgman through Rotary. Last week, we lost our family dog to an accident very early in the morning. I was lost and didn't know what to do. My daughter and I finally were able to make the decision to take our buddy Benson to the vet to see if they could do something acceptable with his body. I was surprised and pleased with how they handled the whole episode. They were so very emphathic and caring. Further, they handled his creamation with such class. I was overwhelmed when we picked up his ashes to see the wonderful cedar box provided as well as a ceramic casting of his paw. We also later received a very nice card in the mail from the doctor who tended to his body and reviewed the trauma prior to his cremation. What great care in such a very difficult time. Thank you to everyone for helping us gracefully cope with the loss of our little buddy.
