I've rented this location twice, first for my daughter's sweet 16 and recently my mom's 80th birthday. It's in a great location, lots of stores nearby should you run out of anything. Very clean, 2 restrooms (much needed for large gatherings) full use of the kitchen. It was perfect and to boot both times I received my full deposit back, takes about 3 weeks but as long as I get it back it's ok. Definitely recommened.
