Extremely impressed with this company and the excellent staff at the Kissimmee branch. My visit today was certainly the best experience i have ever had at the opticians. The manager Greg and all the team were just superb. The Doctor was also brilliant, very caring and spent a great deal of time with me. Customer service at this branch was faultless, i have no hesitation in giving them all top marks, keep up this great service, highly recommend these people. They also have the very best optical equipment and very large selection of glasses on display.

Everyone there is really nice. The doctor is great. When they didn't have the frames I wanted they offered to try to get them and call me back which they did very quickly. They have great customer service and better prices than everywhere else.

Best vision place I’ve been to! They were so nice and professional they treated us so good and I was super impressed on how they handle kids eye exams. I highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed! I will be going back for my exam and glasses.

I’m not sure what the other women is talking about BUT I cannot get over how excited I am to have found this place ! I have sent several family members to her and her staff. Madison helped me with me and my 2 children. She was extremely courteous and patient with my children, who were running all over and even knocked some things off her desk. She supplied them both with etch a sketches and balloons so I able to pick out my glasses. Aniya was phenomenal with my workup, and the Dr addressed all my concerns. The store and every room is clean, including the bathroom. The selection was great. I was able to get two pairs (both sunglasses and clear) well within my budget and I was able to get what I wanted.
