Lots of shoes on sale for everyone in the family. Purchased for myself, my hubby, and our daughters we paid a decent price for all 4 shoes. Manny helped us out he was awesome. the nike app wouldn't work in store which annoyed me. Also super cluttered bc of people trying shoes then leaving them on the floor or whr you sit to try on shoes. They got through the lines fairly quick though even with all the people in there. Def worth it to go check it out if you are wondering if its worth it or not. I've included a pic of my receipt as example.

So organized and lots of deals! I came yesterday to grab some shorts and walked out with even more. There were great prices on in-style items, and the staff was very friendly. Didn't have to worry about size options either as they had a lot of quantities/sizes in stock for each item. Very clean and organized store

Visited Nike, store was clean and neat. I took advantage and used my 30% off with Nike app. I was a very decent discount. Store was filled with shoppers taking advantage of same deals. Associates were very helpful on multiple occasions and when they saw my arms full of clothes and sneakers, provided shopping bag to hold merchandise since my hands were full.. at the register Associates were also helpful and Informing shoppers without app to download in order to access discount. Excellent Customer service overall! They provided me with great customer service. Highly satisfied and recommend. Will definitely stop by again and highly recommend.

I was returning an online order from Nike, ending up purchasing sneakers for my Mom and a pair of slides while I was there. There is a good variety of footwear; although the one pair of sneakers that I liked I couldn't find in my size. There were a few women's plus size clothing items too. The sales associate was courteous and friendly. Store was very busy but well maintained and floor associates were available and helpful as well

I ordered shoes and they didn’t work out so I was sent a return label and I sent them back. Nike claims that I sent them to the wrong place but I did what the return instructions said. I have called many times and they tell me what I want to hear, that they’ll refund me the money and yet nothing get deposited into my account. It’s been a month(I disputed with them about 5 times during that time)so I called them again and explained everything over again and they refuse to refund me and help me with this issue. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never buy directly from Nike.com again.
