Nicest spacious DMV and quick even when it was full prior to pandemic. Has like 40 service windows for any service. It was design as flagship offcie all of FL.

Friendly staff. Have to make a line even if you have appointment. Make sure to have required documents for what ever you are soliciting. If you don't they will give you an hour to go back to your home and come back. If you don't make it back, you will need yo make a new appointment.

Just had one of the BEST experiences at our Osceola County Tax Collector's Office. Mrs. Vicki is AWESOME!!! I needed to do a title change on a vehicle, she assigned a new clerk in training and her trainer were really efficient and pleasant. I had the privilege to run into Bruce Vickers our Tax Collector who is an AWESOME person who took the time to say hi.... AWESOME TEAM Bruce!!!!

Make your APPOINTMENT ONLINE at OSCEOLACOUNTYTAXCOLLECTOR, and you will see the difference! I was trying to make an appointment on DMV website and it did not work. There was no line for people with appointment when I came in, took me only 15 minutes to renew my drivers license. Charles at the station B25 was very polite and helpful. Really appreciate the service and attention to details (he noticed a mistake and called supervisor in Tallahassee to fix it on the spot)

Never recieved my registration sticker after renewing online but they took the money out of my account. I have been trying to contact them so they can send me a new one for THREE MONTHS! No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails, no one cares! Disgusting behavior from the county
