They clean our pool and when I went in with a problem they were so nice and so helpful. Had an excellent experience with all members of pinch a penny and they do excellent work. For a great price.

Been a loyal customer for almost 4 years and the service has gone down hill. Technician came to my house twice this month to clean the pool and my dogs were outside, instead of knocking on the door, the technician left without cleaning my pool. They still charged me for these services and refused to credit my account. We will find a new services. We do not reccomend.

This Pinch A Penny has an incredible team with excellent leadership and service! Andrea and the owner, Kip, were extraordinarily helpful when we couldn't find out what was wrong with our pool water. The team extended a generous offer and came to our home to assist with the issue almost immediately. I just went through the \New Pool School\ with Erica, and I couldn't be happier. I just bought a house with a pool, and having never owned one before, I felt pretty overwhelmed and confused about what to do with it and how to take care of it. Erica showed me how all of the pool pumps, filters, and breakers work, educated me on how to take care of it, gave me some good rules of thumb to follow, and equipped me with everything I need to make sure our water stays crystal clear and worthy of swimming. If you are as clueless as I was about your pool, and want to learn to take care of it yourself, I highly recommend Pinch a Penny.
