Absolutely superb, customer service. I've visited this location several times and never a dull moment has gone by. The attention they provide to their customers from the owner to the manager (with nice mustache), they meet your individual needs, they orientate you, they EDUCATE you. They do not push these fancy devices for you to buy, they go by needs and budget. I can truly say that no other shop in this area of Kissimmee will match their level of expertise and devotion to their clientele. 100 stars if I could, thank you for your tremendous work and personal ethic.
I absolutely love Gina. I consider her my second mom. She's so good to my mother and I. Her prices are fair and she's just a ray of sunshine to see. I enjoy going in and visiting her! She's wonderful! And her prices are very fair!
These guys know their stuff. Tony is a well-rounded expert on all things vape and hires competent people. Location is a little odd, but parking is generally ample. Fair prices, and they usually have some kind of contest running. I'd shop here again.
Down here on vacation and try to hit up as many vape shops as possible when out of town. Don't waste your time with the others.... Head straight to puffs! You'll need that extra time trying all the wonderful premium juices and shopping the large selection of hardware. From beginners to pros they have you covered.
