Years ago we enjoyed staying at Reunion Resort and returned this past weekend. We rented a 3 bedroom superior villa. On the day of check-in, I called to confirm unit would be ready at 4 pm and was told it would be ready. We arrived at 3:55 pm. Unit was not ready and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I returned to the front desk a couple of times and finally the unit was available at 5 pm. One thing to note, if you book reservation via Reunion website they will email you free parking certificate. We booked via Sam's Club therefore we had to pay for parking plus daily resort fee. Upon entering our unit (H102) it was hot as the AC was not working. After adjusting the thermostat it was still blowing hot air. We contacted Housekeeping and they sent someone in a timely manner. The employee checked the unit and said AC was frozen and to keep thermostat on 72. We did as told and the unit remained uncomfortably warm. After a sleepless night, we once again called for repair. This time a different repair person showed up. After much back and forth he determined the AC fan blade had cut a line. It baffles me this was not fixed even before we arrived as the cleaning crew could have clearly seen the AC was not working. Pool areas were crowded, numerous worn out broken pool chairs (one is pictured). Furniture in the villa needed replaced as it was worn out. Carpet seemed original as well and needed replaced. It is a shame this resort has not received the TLC that it desperately needs. I gave it 2 stars as the villa was roomy but will not return nor recommend. Use your vacation dollars to stay on Disney property.

We stay here often and actually just returned from a trip. I love this whole neighborhood. It is so safe with guards at the gated entrances. There is a water park on site with heated pools. The houses are gorgeous. Will be staying here again soon!
Loved the Reunion Resort! I struggled deciding on a place with the best family friendly amenities, with enough space, and reasonably priced. I made the best decision. The room was gorgeous and huge! There's a water park on site (included in the price). The customer service was great. This has been the best hotel experience I've ever had in my life! If you are looking for a family friendly resort in the Orlando area, choose this one!
We loved our stay here. We had a 3 bedroom villa with plenty of room for our 6 guests. Beautiful grounds and amenities. Had dinner at the sushi bar in the lobby one night and that was excellent too. Our villa could have used an update on furniture, but was very comfortable. Waterpark could use more bartenders since the bar got very busy when we were there. Overall, a great place. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely return.
Honestly this place is awesome. Sometimes it's just nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the sounds of nature and mild traffic and golf balls getting hit. Felt at peace from the first night sitting on the balcony.
Definitely a great place to enjoy some rest and peaceful days. The infrastructure is complete and can offer anything needed without getting out of the neighborhood to have from fun to food. For those that like golf there are many areas to play it. It has their own water park and specially the kiddos will love it. The check in experience was great and the manager Jose couldn’t offer abetter welcome and always make sure to everyone to have the beat hospitality possible. Well done Jose, and thanks for all. That is the 1st time that the Wyndham owners check-in was as good as their infrastructure. Jose and his team definitely make the difference.
Definitely not a five-star resort. More like a three star resort trying to advertise like a five-star resort. Many things are dirty, run down and worn out. Not told ahead Rooftop pool in the main hotel is closed Checked in, waiting for the room to be ready. We went to the infinity edge pool. No food or beverage service at all on a Saturday afternoon. Dirty old pool chairs. It was so disappointing call a desk manager for a refund and check out. Two stars instead of one because manager refunded us right away.
We are lucky enough to work and live here full-time in a place were many visitors come and spend their vacation because Its so close it is to Walt Disney World. Reunion Resort is truly an amazing location love how much green space there is with the three golf courses plenty of walking trails and several onsite restaurants. Every time we have family or friends visit we get to show them around and we fall more in love with it, what a beautiful place to call home very blessed and lucky
