The driver of one of their vehicles shows very little care about other people on the road. It’s night time. It’s raining. And they found the need to swerve in an out of traffic. If your drivers don’t show enough responsibility on the road, I wouldn’t trust your company to go on my roof and install solar panels. When you drive around with a company logo, it’s probably a smart idea to obey the laws and to drive like a human being. Hard pass for me. No thanks.

This company hires employees that have no morals or respect. A representative named Brian came to my house asking my wife for her number, he claims it’s because he saw that she works at a car dealership and his friend was looking for a car. I find it absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable to knock on someone’s door during vulnerable hours to ask for someone’s personal number so that their friend can “buy a car”. That situation was very uncomfortable for my wife who has never personally had a conversation with your representative, that is harassment. I would never in my life do business with this company that hires suspicious employees with no sense of respect for the safely of their clients. I will be contacting a manager or the owner of this company to address this issue again. I would like to be clear that no one from This company is welcomed to knock on my door, if they do they will be considered trespassing. This company has left my wife feeling unsafe in her home and feels she is being stalked.

Very disapointed with this scam. All painted as the best thing ever happend to you. But, when service is needed, nobody respond. Salesman Jory the worst. He promise me to paid 20 bill never has pay less than 60 loan. I asked for a system check, never received a call back. They tell you that a tax refund money to keep send it back to them and to keep the loan on the original amount, GUESS WHAT? There is no tax refund is a tax credit, so what money will be sent to keep the loan as the original? Lies, lies more lies.

I really wish people would read NO SOLICITING signs, especially people working within an overall predatory industry. Disclaimer: I have no issues with solar power, but I do have a problem with the “FREE SOLAR*” companies.

I just installed my panels with Titan beginning of 2021. The sales rep was super pleasant to work with. Once the loan papers were finalized it all went downhill from there. Inspections scheduled without my consent several times which has delayed the system being turned on and running. I have called and talked to customer service with very little no no success. And finally get a call from a 'branch manager" talking down to me and blaming the delays on myself. Save yourself some time and research more companies, Customer service here is a nightmare.

I highly recommend to stay away from this company. This company took advantage of my elderly parents. The salesman came to their home multipe times convincing them to purchase a solar panel package. The salesman came to their home two days ago and suddenly their AC unit stopped working. The salesman tried to sell my parents an AC unit with the solar panels package but they declined as their unit is only two years old. What a coincidence! The salesman actually went to the AC unit twice and supposedly took pictures of the unit! Why are you taking pictures of the unit? My parents DECLINED the AC unit option. My father noticed the freon cap was tampered with causing the outside system to freeze which then caused the AC unit motor to burn out. Nobody else went to the AC unit except the sale representative! He must have sabotaged the AC system. Please stay away! Do not use this company! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as the News. I feel like this company is taking advantage of the older population. Please stay away.

Titan was incredibly professional. Our install looks great! Our neighbors down the street are jealous because our panels are so much nicer. Have seen a power bull since day 1 and saved a bunch of money
