I would love to rave the customer service I received from Wallen in the tool rental area. In late Sept we purchase a lawn mower much to my dismay go to start it this month and it wasn't working . Was going to send it in under warranty and Wallen went above and beyond even though he was due to go home shortly he checked it and was able to clean out the carborator. He wouldn't take any compensation either. Thank you so much Wallen will definitely be back with any other needs . Tammy Cavalone
