Having more stores that cater to plus size women with clothes that are flattering is wonderful. This was the first time visiting a Torrid store. The staff was friendly and helpful. The selections and prints were great.

I usually hate shopping, but I was offered a new job and after the pandemic i was in a serious need of a new wardrobe! I have never felt so comfortable, confident, and welcomed in a store like i was here. i wish i knew the names of the three women working this past Sunday afternoon ( 01/03/2020) . They absolutely made my day! These women were fantastic, so helpful, so incredibly sweet! I will definitely be coming back! Body Positivity Ladies! :)

Had to wait a few minutes holding a 40 lb toddler to be acknowledged to pick up order. Not sure why since I could see key holder moving back and forth straightening racks.
