If you genuinely want to learn and challenge yourself, GO MO is the place you want to be at. Here, you'll be challenged at every level and your manager will always have your back. If you show that you're curious, you will get learning opportunities and will get to implement the same. My manager and the CSM at GO MO were very supportive, compassionate and professional with me. I got endless opportunities here in just a matter of 4 months and I'm looking forward for more. Yes, the interview and training processes were a little exhaustive, and may be a little overwhelming, but now when I look back, it was all worth it. The HR team will answer your all questions happily. I got onboard at the time of lockdown and didn't go to office once in 4 months but the work here is was seamless and if there were any hurdles, they were crossed gracefully with proper communication. Honestly, work life balance can be an issue here, but again it depends on the type of profile you are joining for and deadlines. So, at the end I'd just say if you're blessed to join GO MO, you will learn a lot under the mentorship of your managers and other team members.
