Got excellent help when buying a wireless headset. They even tested the product before I got it to be able to answer my questions, like if the headset was able to charge at the same time as I listen to music, which we tested directly in the store and confirmed it was working.

I've been a customer of KjellCo for about 13 years now. This is a retail chain that really emphasise the service mind before trying to sell you as many items as possible. It feels like this is something that has been lost in many other stores. The staff are usually very knowledgeable, love to answer questions, and when handling warranty questions really try to do what's the best for the customer. This is why I'm still shopping here in person, instead of shopping online as everyone else. I can absolutely recommend KjellCo overall!
