Midwife Monir Aslanzadeh is very helpful, professional and polite. She answered all my questions and performed the procedure perfectly despite the fact that I don't speak Swedish. I received a lot of support and care from her and her colleague. 10/10!

I would put even lower rating if i could. They messed up my booking for down syndrome screening, lady in reception wasnt interested to fix her mistake at all and said she can't do anything and that i can go somewhere else or get new time after one month (when it was late for screening). I was so miserable, pregnant, scared (as it was firstl pregnancy after number of miscarriages) and didn't know where can i go on such short notice. Complained to their head but she simply stopped replying my mails and ignored me. Not even apology or any reaction. Do not go there!

Day Time

The times l have been to Mama Mia l have always come out satisfied. It is such a pity that other patients have a bad experience. One time l was late because of traffic & when l explained to some nurse she told me to wait so that l could be helped when patients who arrived before me had received help. That was kind of her. The latest which is this week, l met two friendly nurses & a gynaecologist. He was helpful & explained everything to my satisfaction. The place is clean just like other Swedish care systems. There is a free book on Mama Mia so next time grab one!

Having an appointment or seeing a doctor is very difficult. They asked us to come very early in the morning, before 8 am, to have a chance to be in line and see the doctor. Appointments system and working hours, should be revised to be more helpful, and reasonable.
