the first time came, the result aren't satisfied. hurts all my cuticles and really rough and rude. It's fine if not understand English but she tried to give the bad expression and complaints in their language. Obviously u can understand their body language. So I gave another chance with positive thoughts. Came for second time and the rresult are worst than before. Did it with same staff; the Vietnamese/Myanmar girl. Rough and rude. Another staff try to translated for her since she don't understand English and she raised her voice towards him instead. Cut my nails without asking first how I want to do it. The surface of nail are thick ; even I told her already but doesn't give a dem. And end up my nails look like 12yrs old kids and really short. I know u have a lot of customers but please check or do something with this staff.

Wanted matte nude nails in ballerina/coffin style. I got shiny bubblegum pink nails that you can see through in siluette style! My nails looks like a 12 yo girl just got fake nails from a Barbie toy package! Couldnt even complain because the staff doesnt speak English..! Getting gel nails should take approx 2h, my appointment was done in 45mins, and she didnt even take off the cuticles etc so they look messy af. I had an example nail with me to copy from but apparently these people also blind. My nails look extremely cheap and awful, and I have to put myself a new color on top cuz this is just ridicilous how they look like. They are doing everything in huge hurry, don’t communicate with their customers, and you honestly just feel like you are disturbing them by being there. Really rude and rough. Never ever here again.

Har varit där tre gånger innan och var jättenöjd med killen som brukade jobba där, men fjärde gången (senaste besöket) var fruktansvärt. Bemötandet av äldre kvinnan som jobbar där uschh... så aggressiv blev inte ens nöjd med naglarna.

Jag är såååå nöjd över mina naglar Det har gått 37 dagar och naglarna är fortfarande rena och vackra och ingen nagel har gått sönder. Jag råder dig att besöka dem eftersom deras priser är mycket lämpliga och de är väldigt snälla Tack Min Spa
