Dont go to this nail saloon , they Will hurt your fingers real bad and their nails are not neat at all i wish i could upload pictures! DONT TRY THEM EVER

Went here for acrylic nails. Awful experience, filed down my nails and cuticles so bad they started bleeding. Uneven nails, glue on my fingers, and balls of acrylic under the nails. The service was so bad I considered leaving. Only cash payments which is shady enough.

This is my second time visiting here, I liked my nails the first time although I wasn’t too keen about the price however, I went again for a new set yesterday and my nails look good..BUT my cuticles were filed way too much and now I’m in pain and it stings! I’m also scared they might get infected :(

the boy/man was more professional; the girl (the one I got) wasn’t motivated unfortunately. She did an ok job but no smile nothing; she bored really bored. Soo sad plus it’s expensive and for the quality plus price that’s where she gets a 1 star. If her manager/boss could tell her to smile and be genuine it would be a plus. I couldn’t understand the language, but she was complaining the entire time. The tone was like very negative

Don’t do it!!! Take One of the other salons! Went in there for acrylic nails which they claimed they could do. - Uneven lengths and asymmetric forms. - Bad application of nail polish. - one nail is half broken but they didn’t correct it - Bad attitude of personnel. - communication with personnel is very difficult, they’re not responsive and rude

Worst place ever. They were incredibly rude, I wanted a shellack manicure, they didn’t try to understand what I explained in English or Swedish, didn’t even file my nails (??!!), and used a very cheap brand, not the CND products they promise in the posters. I have never had my nails done by a more rude person ever. Just felt like I had to post this because I’m honestly shocked, what the heck....

What an experience!!!! Being a lot of nail stores, most of them done the proper job. This one is a joke. Refer to the same store which is located in MOS. I dropped by the store and did not need to book a time, so I did refill on my nails and pedicure with color. The price is reasonable which is similar to another two in the Mos . However the person who did my nail is super rush to take new customer.I start with other customers before even finish mine. I have to ask for the tools to cut my nails and dead skins, around nails (on the side)full of gels, I need to take away afterwards.on the place where I need to have gels on, it went off,so I have to return to the store 5 minutes after I just paid,I have to also manually take away. I also added the color after my pedicure, the shape of the nail on the tote is not fixed probably due to the rush ness, so the shape my nail is like a Trapezoid!!!! I really hope this does not happen to other people, perhaps they just had a busy day. However I did not experience this in many other stores.
