We went here to purchase a complete tent kit and decided I didn't want it. I live in Bradford and was placed on lockdown so waited until lockdown was over to try take it back for a refund, this meant that the 14 days I had to take it back had passed. I phoned to see if they would take it back for a refund, it is all in its original packaging and unopened. I got told to speak to the manager, she told me if she did that then she would be out of business \u200d️. Nice one kit bag I now have a complete tent kit that I will never use and probably only get half the price if I sell on ebay. Thanks for your understanding in these exceptional circumstances you really went that extra mile. Because I can not reply to your comment ill edit this. We phoned but got told to wait until you (the manager) was in. If we had of spoken on the day it would of been 29 days. Also what is the difference in us contacting you before the 14 days and you waiting until we can bring it down after lockdown ended for a refund, why can you not just accept it back now after all you said you would of waited.
