Mr. Carl Volk we just got off the phone a couple hours ago and I came home and read your response to my review. You sound more upset than I do after spending 5,500. I apologize our cabinets did not start falling apart after 3 months. It was more 4 to 5 months. This is my second time getting them fixed and I have not had them a year. We are an educator and Sergeant Fire Fighter. We do not come by 5,500 easily. Your staff lied to both of us. She told you I was only available on Sundays. My grandmother lives here and will be happy to open the door for any of your workers 6 days a week. Your staff told me that all of your workers were sick with COVID in January and that is why they could not fix my cabinets and that is not true based on your response. I am a understanding and I will wait another two weeks for an appointment but your contractors did deem not it an emergency to take my 5,500 dollars and take week to install my cabinets during this same pandemic. So I will wait two weeks for my appointment to fix my cabinets since I am not available on Saturday . I just want my kitchen fixed like all your other paying customers.

From the sales rep to coordinating the countertops, this company did a great job. The sales rep, Guy Beck, explained what refacing cabinets, styles of fronts, and the remodeling process from start to finish. He answered all the questions I had very quickly both before and after the contract was signed. He is excellent for bouncing ideas off of too. David, the carpenter, sent by Kitchen Fronts of Georgia, did a fantastic job on the kitchen refacing! He was on-time, courteous, professional, and left a spotless work site at the end of the day. David made sure everything was perfect. He made sure everything was how I wanted. Carl, the owner, was accommodating. He was available to answer questions and solved all issues that arose during the project. The company makes its own fronts and cabinets if you get into the project and find cabinets that are not sound. I had 2 that were coming unglued/stapled and pulling away from the wall. The pricing to build new cabinets was very reasonable. If surprises arise during your refacing, you do not have to worry that this company gouges you. They won't. The fronts and cabinets built are very high quality. This is a family-owned local business in Chamblee, Ga, that I would highly recommend for kitchen refacing. All of their people are professional, and the job is done right! (I've had some nightmare experiences with contractors in the past, and it is so easy to do it wrong). I will post photos when the countertops and backsplash are finished. This has been a great experience. (Correction: Alan Apple is the founder/owner. Carl is the GM).

Friendly salesman but the refacing quote was over 7K for 15 cabinet door fronts and 9 drawer fronts. I asked for details on the 7K estimate and was told it was a complex calculation of a lot of factors. No idea what that means and he didn't explain further. A friend of mine used their company and paid around 3 grand. He said my friend must have remembered their cost incorrectly, which I think is unlikely. He suggested I could get an extra service from the installer if I made a plate of cookies. It was kind of funny but also an odd thing to say. Too bad, I would have liked to use them if their quote was anywhere near reasonable.

I spent 5,500 to reface my kitchen Cabinets after about three months they started falling apart. I called for a second time to have them fixed. I have a trim that fell off and a door coming off the hinges. I called back in January and everyone was out sick. I called in February and the person is coming out one day which we are not home. There is a lifetime warranty but I can't seem to get anyone out to fix mine. I really wish I had invested in new cabinets! Wait a while to do your review. See if they last for you. really disappointed!
