Absolutely excellent cuisine, and worth every penny. They mostly make pasta dishes from very special wheat and grain. But the star of the show is really the textural, visual and flavor combinations. It’s very much a fusion restaurant as well, with global flavor influences. Excellent staff as well, passionate about the food and products, and very happy to talk about it all. They really know their stuff. Would recommend for a nice night out for a upscale casual dining experience.

Nice place and friendly staff. They even gave us a kitchen tour at the end. And the chef served our dessert. They make these funky homemade pastas which are quite unique and delicious. Try the one with pork! And the snails are made with a Thai curry. Very creative

A wonderful spot: - the menu is smart: diverse; appetizing and we'll controlled - the service is incredibly kind. This team rocks. - the food is really excellent ; the pasta themselves close to perfection. - good wine list though a little pricey Can't go wrong!

One word, WOW. Chef Ledeuil is a true culinary artist. Chapeau to the Chef. He broke the French mold and took chances to influence the French's otherwise strict, classical and rigid palette to explore other flavors of the world, but not losing French technique and/or sensibility. I remember just 10-years ago when even a hint of spice was looked down upon by the French. But with the influx of Chefs from around the world opening restaurants in Paris with foods and spices from their native countries, to classically French trained chefs traveling the world to broaden their food knowledge, what a great culinary evolution taking place in Paris, and what a great time to be in Paris. This is one of the best meals I've had in our almost 10-years of living in Paris. Will we come back? ABSOLUTELY.

This place is simply superb. Probably the nicest meal I have had anywhere in the world. The service was relaxed. The welcome was warm and friendly. The decoration was simple but stylish. So much care has gone into developing the menu. Everyone one of us agreed that the food was divine. We were recommended the perfect wines to compliment the meals. The recommendations were spot on. Everything about our experience was just right. I cannot praise the servers and the chefs highly enough. This place is a place you should make a special point to visit. I can't wait to go again.

Interesting food options, unfortunately based too much around coriander and sour taste, which in isolation is good but seems that it applies to most of their foods! Still very friendly people and a nice setting on Boulevard Saint Germain
