I was looking for a print shop to do some prints... Before coming in person I've emailed ABC printing, and even though they answered the same day, the email looked like they don't really care about new customers. In the email they specified that they need some \correct files\ if a customer does not want to be charged extra for converting files (?!). I tried to learn what were those mysterious correct files, and never got a response back. So those people definitely interested in charging you more if you bring them, let's say, JPEG files over PNG, or maybe Acrobat IX version vs Acrobat DC... Nice job!
Completed my order on the same day within hours, offered me a discount, and added extras for free! The staff were both professional and friendly to communicate with. If you're looking to have printing done for personal or business this is the place to go!
