Very professional. We wanted to check for any rodents , as we are located close to wooded areas. They took the time , and explained what was available. They a thorough search and walk through in our home. We decided to nit take any chances. So along with our neighbors, we signed on for preventative measures. We have been very pleased with the follow up.

Just moved into a old house in December of 2017 - went away for the weekend to find a Rat living under our stove. As with all old houses entry points can be an ongoing issue and the nightmare of Bubonic plague and heaven forbid horrific critters wandering your house drove me to call Abell ASAP. We arrived home Feb 11 at 9 pm - promptly and efficiently had a return call Monday Feb 12 at 10 am. Mike Lowes the route manager called us that afternoon around 1pm to apologize he couldn't come that same day and make sure to give us information on when he could come and what to expect. By Feb 13 9:30 am had a call and Mike arrived - reviewed the situation, looked at access points and figured out the pathways the little monster had already made and where it had most likely arrived from. While reviewing the situation the vermin raced up the basement stairs - I yelped in a sort of manly way...alright....I may have clutched my chest and bit my tongue... I can't be sure. Needless to say he patiently scouted and removed baseboards and actually went Apocalypse Now on the thing. One of the best service calls bar none. Thanks Abell - Mike was professional, friendly and helpful. A definite 5 star experience.
Pam at Abell Pest Control was very helpful! I called her with our pest dilemma, she asked me to send a video over email and she diagnosed the problem right away. No pressure to use their services, she gave us tips on how to solve the problem on our own first and then suggested I call them if that didn't work. She was knowledgeable and very helpful!
Rory Potter has been taking amazing care of us over the years. We had a big problem with mice in our office and have not seen a single one since we hired Abell Pest Control. Rory is always a pleasure to deal with! We also hired him to take care of spiders and wasps at our farm. It is much more enjoyable to be outside on our deck without worrying about being invaded!
