I was referred to Brittany by a friend that was happy with her services and to put it lightly I was not disappointed. I have owned multiple rental properties for almost 3 decades and have dealt with my share of paralegals and some lawyers. I have had some ok experiences with some of them (and some really bad ones) but without being cliche, none were as pleasant and positive as dealing with Brittany. As a person she is friendly, compassionate and has an honest to goodness care and concern for her customers. She doesn't treat you like just a pay cheque. She went out of her way more times than I can count to make sure I was informed about my case and knew all the possibilities. She also was very sensitive to the fact that I have debilitating anxiety at times and these cases didn't help. She is honest and has integrity. I have had Brittany handle 2 different cases for me and both times she exceeded my expectations and the outcomes exceeded my expectations. I try to be a good landlord and take care of my tenants and my properties and have been lucky to have some really great tenants, but sadly I have had a few bad seed tenants. I will definitely continue using Brittany and ADL Paralegal for my rental properties going forward. I forgot to mention that during my one cases there were times that I would email her at 8:30 pm on a Saturday and she would respond within a short period of time (ON A WEEKEND) and she never charged me extra for dealing with her after hours. She is more than fair with her pricing. 10/10 would recommend.
