If you go ask for Maria, she is so kind and extremely helpful. I found two pairs of jeans in the clearance section however they were full price, I was willing to pay the full price and when Maria asked one of her other associates they told me unfortunately it was full price even though it was the first day out of lockdown and right at open thus, the jeans shouldn't have been mixed up already. This mistake shouldn't have been the customers fault. However, Maria went and talked to another associate and was able to give me the jeans for the clearance price. It was very nice of her to go out of her way and was extremely appreciated.

We usually have a good experience at this store but I was extremely disappointed this evening. I wanted to visit the store after 7pm and I know with COVID restrictions you have to be careful with store hours & stores closing early. So I searched up the google post on the internet to check the store hours before we left home. It clearly states that the store is open until 9pm. When we got to Fairview Mall, sadly we found the mall and store were closed. Apparently it had closed at 7pm. Very disappointed that we drove all that way for nothing! I guess I’ll have to call ahead next time instead of trusting the hours posted online.

Very bad customer service the tempeirary manager very roud unprofessional walking around jocking laughing smell like weed when I asked her about some items first thing she said this not my store I'm just hear to help she has no idea what I'm talking about she doesn't want to work She doesn't want answer my questions and want to call the security because I want answer and her execuse this is not my store

I was looking for a specific top that was sold out everywhere, and I called so many locations and interacted with people who were annoyed/bothered and half-heartedly trying to help me, but Katelyn (I’m just guessing the spelling haha) was AMAZING!! She checked all the stores in the area and found one and even offered to call to put the top on hold for me so it wouldn’t get snatched by somebody else! I’ve called like a dozen AEs today and she definitely stood out as the most helpful person I’ve talked to by FAR!! amazing customer service, keep it up!! :)

Great collection. The rates are reasonable. Most of the time, the store have good deals. The staffs are cooperative and helpful. They are always ready to search at their stock in order to find the right size that fits us, which is appreciated. The fitting rooms are specious.

Came to this store when they were “cleaning”. Staff inside weren’t covering their noses with masks. I didn’t see a single cleaning product in sight and just watched the staff chat for 10 minutes while touching their faces and merchandise.
