I got Arby’s from here with skip the dishes. I got a baked potato with sour cream, and when I opened it to eat it, I found a dead earwig. We reported it to the store, and they only gave a refund for one meal, even though we both had a hard time thinking of eating our food with the thought of earwigs in our food. Not happy, and very grossed out. Worst meal ever. I’m a long term customer of Arby’s and have always loved and enjoyed the meals. This has turned me off the food completely.

Very kind, very slow service. Always there with a smile and kind hello after you waited 10m for the person ahead of you to get a SANDWICH before you can even order. Fast food. Fast, please. I love a treat here but not waiting 15m to place my order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Food is as expected and service is at a decent speed. However I didn't enjoy that the menu is only available right at the ordering box, so you don't get a chance to look it over and decide.. it feels rushed.

The food was absolutely delicious. Wait time wasnt too bad. But i spent 30 roughly on mozzarella sticks and didn't order extra sauce because I thought it came with it. I got no dipping sauce, or ketchup for my curly fries.
