The girls like this place. Generally supposed to be expensive but I didn't think the pricing was that bad. The thing that I noticed was that the staff were great. Friendly, attentive and helpful. Pretty sure they work on some commission but still they offered to get the item in another size and colour from another store. I would give it a 4 but the staff make it a 5. Staff and location were all COVID barricaded, masked and sanitized up to standard.

I've never been wowed enough during a retail shopping experience to write a review but my experience today at this Aritzia was worth writing about. I was greeted by Jasmina who could tell I was on the hunt for something. I was actually under the impression they were closing so I was trying to rush but she informed me they were open an hour after the mall closing hours and I could relax and take my time. We found the item I was looking for and she set me up in the change room. She also cashed me out. I wasn't the only one impressed by her genuinely kind and friendly nature, even my boyfriend noticed. Great customer service!

Staff where very helpful in finding me christmas presents for my mom for Christmas. They where very kind and polite and had social distancing measure in place with hand sanitizer at the front of the store for you to use.
