Whenever I have gone to the Kitchener Toys R Us I know I will find the item I am looking for. I have always experienced amazing customer service with kind and friendly faces. Anyone who has anything bad to say about this store likely isn’t respectful of policy, the people that’s work there or has never worked in retail. Thank you for making shopping a pleasant experience.

This is such an amazingly run-store. From management to staff. In specific, Linda is a superstar. She always ensures our needs are met and goes above and beyond what's expected from a retail leader. Time after time, she has treated us like family, and I dropped off a little gesture of appreciation (donuts for her and her colleagues). It's great people like her that have us coming back and has earned loyalty. WE LOVE LINDA! This company is lucky to have people like her. Cheers!
