I have dealt with Rhonda the past 10 years. Rhonda has unmatched product knowledge and provides side-by-side option comparison prior to any upgrade decision. I have referred others, and follow-up after first introduction and they can't believe Rhonda's unbelievable level of service and patience.
Heather gave me wonderful customer service, this was my first time buying an iPhone and she took her time to explain phone plans and the different iPhone models. Gave all around great customer service, was patient and super friendly. Helped me with all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new phone or plan!
I had an excellent experience with this Bell Store located at Boardwalk. They have very friendly staff, Jonathan and Rhonda they were awesome and kind helping me to buy my new cell phone. I don't have doubts that I'll return for sure to visit this place and I know I will find help from them to my questions.
We visited this store to set up services for our home. Heather was very helpful in going over all the options while making sure we were getting the most for our money. Not only was she very knowledgeable about options, but she went above and beyond to communicate updates to me after we left the store. She clearly documented what we agreed upon and gave me a copy to refer to should there be issues with installation, billing, etc. (It turned out Bell charged us for a battery back-up for the Home Hub 3000 but I caught this and was a result of Bell's poor billing system - not Heather.) I waited a reasonable amount of time when I got to the store and I only mention this because I was able to observe Heather helping another customer with a cell phone issue which I thought would be outside of what an employee in a Bell store could fix. She was very patient with the customer and helped get her pointed in the right direction. In my observation and experience, she has a great work ethic.
